Your free listing

A standard business listing is free and does not require payment information. You must be authorized to represent the business and keep its information accurate. Public listing details are supplied by account holders or drawn from linked business websites. Only upload images you own or have permission to use. A listing is not a verification of ownership, licensing, or service quality. Misleading, unlawful, or abusive listings may be removed.

Premium founding membership

Founding membership costs $49 per month, billed monthly until canceled. There is no scheduled price increase. We will notify you before any future price change takes effect. This is a monthly subscription, not a $49 annual payment. Applicable taxes, if collected, are shown at checkout. Saving a listing or selecting marketing preferences does not authorize a charge; you must complete Stripe checkout.

What Premium includes

Premium includes placement ahead of free listings in the directory’s Explore view, with rotation among Premium businesses and a sponsored label; one active offer or coupon, with an optional code and expiration date, on your business page and the offers section; and access to your activity and inquiry reporting. Offers can be prepared before upgrading and stay private until Premium is active. You can hide or clear an offer anytime. An offer with an expiration date is hidden after that date in New Braunfels time. Filters still apply, and alphabetical sorting remains alphabetical. You can hide your listing at any time; hiding it does not cancel your subscription.

Each paid membership month also includes one sponsored post on the New Braunfels News Facebook page dedicated entirely to your business. Post details and scheduling will be coordinated with you. Facebook promotions are fulfilled by the team, not posted automatically by this website. Advertising spend, photography, and Alfred services are separate. Reach, inquiries, and sales are not guaranteed.

Cancellation and billing

Use My business → Manage billing & cancellation to update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel future renewals through Stripe. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid that charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, after which the listing returns to free. Failed or unpaid subscriptions can lose Premium access. Contact the directory team for billing questions or a refund review; cancellation does not itself refund previous charges. You can refresh billing status in your account.

Optional email and text offers

Promotional email and SMS enrollment are separate, optional choices. Both start unchecked. Declining them does not affect your ability to create a listing, purchase Premium, or receive the advertised membership price. Required account email is used for account administration, billing, and information you request.

If you select SMS offers, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Tiberius AI, operator of New Braunfels Friends, about special discounts, local promotions, and Tiberius AI services including Alfred. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. US mobile numbers only. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance once messages are enabled. You can also withdraw either marketing preference through My business → My listing & preferences. Contact the directory team for help. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

These forms save your preferences. Account verification and welcome emails are sent automatically. Welcome emails include the Alfred P.S. only when you choose email offers and have not opted out with the email provider. Separate marketing campaigns and SMS delivery are not enabled on this site yet. Any future campaigns must honor current preferences and provider opt-out records.

Opa’s directory guidance

Opa is a fictional virtual guide, not a human representative of any listed business. Directory suggestions and AI replies are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. He cannot confirm availability, make reservations, purchase memberships, or send messages for you. Sponsored businesses are labeled. Check details directly with the business before making plans.
